Geoff's First Blog Entry

Welcome. In the interest of networking, my info is attached to this first Blog entry.

I've chosen Client and Candidate Management as a first test post topic, as I view everyone's relationship here in a CRM sense. CRM as a matter of fact, I also believe goes beyond the realm of Customer Relationship Management (which could be your Hiring Managers, for Recruiters) to Candidate Relationship Management - something that we all could probably do better. And, we can likely often leverage or take better advantage of technology to make our lives easier. Richard's blog article on managing the candidate process, hits the nail on the head.

Here's looking forward to many happy posts, much networking, and a site full of happy productive recruiters.
