Welcome. In the interest of networking, my info is attached to this first Blog entry.

I've chosen Client and Candidate Management as a first test post topic, as I view everyone's relationship here in a CRM sense. CRM as a matter of fact, I also believe goes beyond the realm of Customer Relationship Management (which could be your Hiring Managers, for Recruiters) to Candidate Relationship Management - something that we all could probably do better. And, we can likely often leverage or take better advantage of technology to make our lives easier. Richard's blog article [1] on managing the candidate process, hits the nail on the head.

Here's looking forward to many happy posts, much networking, and a site full of happy productive recruiters.
