Hi folks;
Would love to hear others' experiences with regards to identifying strong sourcing partners (contingency and retainer) in the Quebec region.
My experience to date, is that the large go-to-firm's have not quite been able to tap into the talent base, maybe because of language, perhaps cultural, or maybe it's purely an investment in resources.
I'm not sure if this forum is intended to be a referral service of sorts, but if anyone has had good success sourcing vendors in this space I would love to hear from you.
