Late August, the days are shorter, the nights are cooler and summer is slowly fading away.  What is heating up is the annual fall campus recruitment push about to be unleashed by companies across Canada on College and University campuses nationally.  As the skills gap continues to grow, many organizations are finding that a solution is to grow their own talent.  A strong Campus recruitment program is the foundation of this strategy.
