Headhunters

I am trying to find third party support for Human Resource recruiting. (HR Generalist/trainers/recruiters)

We may need to outsource some vacancy’s. I want to deal with professional firms, not temp agency’s. Has anyone used a firm that they were pleased with?

Contract Recruiters

HR Agency

We use HirePower and they are fantastic at placing both consultants and perm HR professionals (we have used them for recruiters, HR Generalists and compensation professionals). Contact is Meryl Rosenthal and the number is 416-449-7778.

Sandra, I've used and had success with Head2Head in the past as well. Try Kelly at 416.440.2051. You may also try HR Vision - although, I don't have any first hand experience with them.

Hi Sandra,
I haven't had to use agencies for any HR hiring but 2 firms that I've spoken to several times and are probably worth talking to are Head2Head and KBR & Associates. For KBR the contact is Karen Rasmussen and her number is 416-922-8117 ext. 221. I don't have a current number or contact at Head2Head, but they would be in the directory.....that is about all I could suggest outside of our executive search partners, but that is likely to high end.....
