Market rate on a Property Manager

I am looking for the market rate for a SR. Property Manager with atleast 10 years experience.

Any help with salaries would be appreciated.

Hi Mary-Beth,
For Sr. Property Mgrs, we currently pay in the range of $78-80K plus potential bonus of 15% of base.
