Outsourcing recruiting functions

We are in the process of determining if we should outsource some of the recruiting functions in our organization. Specifically - pre-screening of applicants, references and any necessary education or credit checks.

Does anyone have any vendors they would recommend? Also do you have any advice as to what we should be looking for other than the obvious?

a few things to consider for outsourcing recruiting process

Hi Sandra,

typically companies considering outsourcing their recruiting look at non-value added parts of the process that someone can do cheaper and faster. Here are some ideas:
- posting
- sourcing execution
- program management
- due diligence
- offer and regret letters
- technology and erecruitment maintenance
- job board aggregation
Also consider processes you want to keep eg. client relationship, candidate relationship management. You will want to ensure that strategy is retained, and anything that digresses you away from strategy should be considered.
