RNG Conference was a success

For those of you who didn't get a chance to attend the RNG conference, you missed out. It was a great success: great content, good venue and great attitudes of the people who were networking. I did not once feel like someone was thrusting their business card at me!

Congratulations to RNG for a great 2 days.

For those of you who attended, it would be great to share your comments and recommendation and impressions on the conference

...remember to come up with a Value Proposition for your recruiting team!

2008 RNG Conference Continues on the Momentum of its 2007 show.

I attended the RNG Conference this past week at the Toronto Convention Centre.

The conference was another smash hit!

The speakers offered a bit of everything from detailed demographics analysis, to improving your candidates and clients recruiting process experience, to new and almost totally unknown sourcing and search strings/techniques via Neil Katz at Kensington Search Group that will help find candidates that you would never find through the traditional methods.

The conference was well worth the price of admission and the ROI was realized from Neil's presentation alone.

Congratulations to Richard and his crew for another Job Well Done!!!!

Agreed...

I thrusted my card at you, but I think it hit the back of your head and bounced off. Guess that's why you never called me.

I agree with your comments. It was a nice intimite event, built around relationships and partnerships. The format and layout lended itself well to interacting and networking. And really, who networks better than recruiters?

As the first RNG conference, I'm sure it can only get better from here (it was great!, but come on recruiters, let's hear what you would like to see next year). I just saw the HRPAO conference flyer come out with fees listed, and as far as value goes, the RNG conference definitely lots of bang for fewer bucks.

It's now up to the community to become more vocal in the forums here and carry on some of the thoughts and conversations that were started at the conference.
