Recruitment 2.1

A number of sessions presented at the RNG conference began to touch on the future of Social Network Recruitment. From the Recruitment 2.0 session to Managing the Legal Risks, I think that there is further opportunity to explore this as a topic.

I would like to see some discussion on this board related to successes with Social Network platforms for Recruitment, as well as some challenges you have faced in getting a strategy or practice up and running. Perhaps share some of the not so popular sites that have worked for you.

Also, I am looking at getting an offline roundtable together to talk about this as a topic, share ideas, and help navigate some of the landmines legally, ethically and in infiltrating particular demographics related to Social Media recruitment. I'm looking to pull one or two experts from Yahoo! and externally to speak about Social Media in general for a few minutes, then would like to put the reoundtable concept into action.
