Explore the evolving world of Social Networking in the employment context. Deal with questions regarding access to web sites such as Facebook, Friendster, and MySpace as well as employee initiated blogs devoted to matters of personal interest but which also relate, often negatively, to their employer, coworkers, supervisors and clients. We’ll also examine some of the current approaches employers have adopted, both positive and negative, to social networking and employee blogging including increasing use as a "screening tool" for recruiters.
