Looking for an "All in one" web service / solution provider (ATS / SEO / CSO)

Afternoon all,

I would love to receive any suggestions on an ‘All in one’ web service provider which offers both CSO (Career site optimization) and ATS (Applicant tracking system) solutions.

Our company is currently in the works to re-vamp our corporate website and along this process we would like to integrate a new ‘mini career-website and ATS solution which could help us track and attract jobseekers across the board. I’ve done some initial research however find myself at loss with a wide range of solution providers each offering a specific service but none who are able to offer a 1 stop shop catered to our specific need.

Social Network Recruitment - For those who do and those who want to.

Just this week, a few members of RNG, recruitment leaders in the GTA, and also users of Social Media for networking and recruitment purposes, met to talk about current trends and the future of using these web 2.0 technologies for sourcing.

I’d like to share some of the thoughts and discussions that surfaced at the roundtable discussion. First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge and highlight that although the focus of my thoughts will be on social network recruitment, the group recognized that this is only one tool in an arsenal of online and offline sources.

by Ann Barrett - Manager, Recruitment & Learning Technologies - RBC Financial Group

Technology has permeated into our everyday life. Businesses now rely on technology to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace by automating transactional, analytical and strategic outputs. Here’s a sample:

TransactionalAnalytical Strategic Online Banking Sales Reports Benchmarking against competitors
While revenue generating segments have been early adaptors of technology, administrative (non-revenue generating) functions are now starting to catch up, recognizing technology can contribute to effectiveness and efficiency benefits.

Social Networking Technology

When you speak with American recruiters, everyone is registered and actively using this new internet technology for recruiting purposes.

Yet, in Canada, either recruiters are keeping quiet about it, or it hasn't really taken off.

Have you used, or are you currently using this new technology, and if so, what specific product are you using? How have you integrated it to your corporate recruiting processes?
