One of the most important steps in the recruitment process is the offer stage – yet most companies don’t invest the appropriate amount of training and resources into this critical recruitment phase.  Recruitment is all about the outcome – the hire.

I have started seeing more activity with external candidate referral programs. I received an email promoting this program at a large Canadian retail organization last week and have been virtually introduced to www.bohire.com which promotes this activity as well.

I am interested in hearing about other organizations in Canada using this sourcing technique.
